Most underrated hero in the Legion of Substitute Heroes?

To clarify - we’re not talking about the most powerful, most heroic, or other superlative extreme. Just the one member of whose power and capabilities you feel are the most undervalued, not just by other characters but also, perhaps, by Legion readers and writers alike.

Okay, I’ll go first… Color Kid 🌈

Color Kid has the ability to change the color of an object at will, inanimate or animate.

Notably, his ability to change a huge cloud of Green K to Blue K (as depicted in Adventure Comics #351) shows Color Kid fundamentally alters the physical properties of matter, not just the wavelength of the light it reflects. (Else the radiation of the Kryptonite would have still been deadly to Superboy and Supergirl, no matter what color the reflected light appeared to be.) And this showed that his power can be applied at a grand scale - the cloud in question was enveloping the entire planet Earth.

Physical contact is not required, nor is there a known limit to the range of his power.

That the effect of his power is manifested and most observable visually belies its transformative significance.

It also bears consideration that Color Kid can have this sort of effect by merely “thinking” of the color change he wishes to manifest. Imagine what some mental discipline combined with a deeper scientific understanding of the relationship between colors and physical properties of matter could unleash!
