I always thought Scorpion was more pwerful and could win if he needed to fight Kuai Liang.

Which era? If its mk 1, id go scorpion. However, if its 2 or later, Sub Zero got so many moves to make him more versatile.

So by averages, to me, Im going Sub-Zero
