My favorite version of Wolverine was the first time I ever saw the 1992 X-Men animated series. He was brutal, fearless, and a loner who didn’t need anyone. There was something about his toughness, independence, and never-back-down attitude that a young man could look up to. From his famous “Hey, bub” to unleashing that stone-cold persona whenever it was time for a fight, Wolverine was just different. He wasn’t your typical clean-cut superhero. He was rough around the edges, carried his own demons, and did things his own way. Watching him back then left a lasting impression on me, and Wolverine went on to become one of my favorite superheroes of all time!
