    Wicked was my favorite musical before I ever saw it. First I saw it in London, then New York and finally in Seattle. (I'm dying to see it again next time it comes to the state.) Defying Gravity always has and always will be my favorite. Heck, in high school I had the script memorized to the point I could quote it at any given time. I performed Dear Old Shiz (the marching band version I wrote) my junior year and "For Good" with my best friend my senior year. Wicked always has and always will be my favorite musical because I relate to Elphaba so much. I read the book (wasn't a huge fan, too political) and I've seen the movie too, but the play will always by and far rank highest for me.
