    Actually, hold on...Al Simmons is not a villain, and neither is Spidey. Spawn is an anti-hero. Spidey would probably talk him down from the fight, and therefore, Spidey would basically win by negotiation. That's a win on both ends, but I see Spidey being the starting negotiator over Spawn.

    I love Spider-Man, he's my number 1....BUT...Spawn wins, probably with ease. If its regular Spider-Man, he's just no match for Spawns powers.
