I think the world was really ready for a great MCU film and who better to deliver that than Spiderman. Excellent from start to finish and even before seeing it, people were just ready.

Just watched it last night. I’m thought it lived up to the hype. There were lots of moving parts but the story was solid. Loved the dynamic between Peter, MJ, and Ned in their apartment. Sadie was excellent as well.

That was such a good scene.. at first thought it might me Jean, then I thought it was really MJ, then…

Only my opinion here, but does this have anything to do with a female lead? I’m planning to watch it and have faith in James Gunn. Hopefully it is great and word will spread after release.

I’m going to go with Andrew Garfield. I think his version of Spider-Man not Peter Parker was one of the best.

There is only one: ENDGAME. To be in the theater to share the experience with others was fantastic. To hear everyone erupt when Captain America said “Avengers Assemble” or watching him hold Mjolnir was an event I will never forget

Super 8, Jaws, MI: Fallout, Rouge Nation

The originals of each franchise- The Incredibles, Toy Story, Monsters Inc, Cars, and inside Out.

Definitely the Marvel universe in New York mostly because Peter Parker is there. He really is the most “normal” superhero and seems like he would be a great person to know.

Loved the first three a lot. I will give it a chance…you never know.

Batman and Daredevil

Definitely Tom Lizard.

I think the default response is to slice a creation up. As Matt said whether a game, movie, or television. Drives responses and clicks.

Old school Frank Gorshin. I know that dates me but man that laugh was insane.

I have the Marvel Comics Unlimted App and have been diving in seriously for the last couple of months. Will be reading more Marvel Knights Daredevil this weekend. I’ve been running through all things Daredevil and this one is pretty good although the art isn’t my favorite. That’s one thing I’ve learned about is all the different art styles used. Haven’t ever really been a fan of Daredevil but he is growing on me.

I agree with Matt. I’ve grown to love Age of Ultron with each subsequent viewing. There also some strong connectivity there to future events that I really didn’t think about on the first watch. I would say the same thing about Captain America: The First Avenger. I grown to love it much more since the first watch years ago.

Spider-Man 2 was great and I considered it to be better than the original. I would say the same about Captain America : The Winter Soldier. The first one was great and I’ve grown to love it over time, but The Winter Soldier is in a class by itself.

I would have to go with Civil War as well. There are so many crossover connections I’m still finding them today as I read other Marvel titles.

I haven’t ever been but have always wanted to go. This year my grandson and I (who have the same birthday) gave each other tickets to SC Comicon which is in April. It looks pretty good and for a first Con we are really looking forward to it. San Diego is the one we really want to go to.

I agree with most that I do not see either changing the date. Some could see it as a sign of weakness for sure. If I were Dune, I would. I know Marvel might not have the same appeal as it did for Endgame but Doomsday is an event and I wouldn’t want to compete with that.

They really need to steal someone from Marvel or DC to lead this effort. They can make this work they just need the right person leading the way. There are several people in Marvel that would be ideal.

I really didn’t connect with this show until the reboot with the 9th doctor. Been a fan ever since.

It would have to be Poltergeist. That scene in the bathroom where the guy basically claws his face off (he just thinks he does) was chilling and unexpected. I try not to think about it:)

Probably a common one, but Spiderman’s origin story has to be my favorite. From the random spider bite to the loss of Uncle Ben, Peter Parker’s journey to becoming Spiderman was the first and best one I read as a kid.

Aging myself but my favorite has always been Jaws.
