I'll name a movie: Spider-Man 2. An outstanding balance of Spider-Man versus Doc Ock action and dramatic moments which perfectly capture the personal difficulties Peter experiences in the comics due to his double life. The battle on the elevated train is still the best live action fight I've seen in a comic book based movie. On top of all that, you've got Sam Raimi injecting his signature visual style in sequences such as the one where Otto's mechanical arms attack the hospital staff in the ER. It's an incredible film that's never really been surpassed and stands as a perfect template for how to adapt the web slinger to the silver screen. Extra marks to Raimi for recreating the legendary "Spider-Man No More" cover showing Peter walking away down an alley while the spider suit lays in a trash can in the foreground.
