  1. Spider-Man is definitely a strong choice because his world is packed with memorable characters on both the hero and villain sides. Aunt May, Mary Jane, Gwen Stacy, J. Jonah Jameson, Harry Osborn, and villains like Green Goblin, Doc Ock, Venom, and Kingpin all play meaningful roles instead of feeling like background characters. That said, I'd give a slight edge to the X-Men as a whole if they count. Characters like Wolverine, Storm, Cyclops, Rogue, Nightcrawler, Magneto, Mystique, and Professor X all have enough depth to lead their own stories. The relationships, rivalries, and shifting alliances make every storyline feel bigger than just one hero's journey. If we're talking about a single hero, though, Spider-Man is probably still the gold standard for having an unforgettable supporting cast.
