December 3, 2025Dec 3 Seriously? The entire James Bond catalog is now being given away for free on Pluto TV? If that isn't the final, neon-sign flashing indicator that this once-great franchise has completely cratered, I don't know what is.After they had the nerve to straight-up murder James Bond in the last movie, No Time To Die, they proved they have no respect for the legacy or the source material. It was an appalling creative decision designed only to shock, and it alienated every single loyal viewer. We will never forget. We will never go back. Now they're surprised that people aren't rushing out to buy the Blu-rays? Give me a break. Everyone abandoned this franchise the second the credits rolled on that garbage ending. This free giveaway confirms it: they know they have zero audience left. This isn’t just a decline, folks. This is the classic, textbook definition of "jumping the shark." Happy Days did it with Fonzie on water skis, and EON Productions did it by sending 007 into the stratosphere with a missile. The franchise has officially gone totally into the toilet. RIP Bond.
December 3, 2025Dec 3 It's nice that people have more access to it - but I get that it feels less premium when it's all just sort of tossed out there like that. And yeah, I was done with Craig's Bond one or two movies before they actually ended. Ready to see what they do next and hope they find some way to differentiate them in a way that makes Bond special again. New game look like it has cool action but it's pretty wild watching 007 James BOND climbing a drain pipe and shuffling across a balcony in broad daylight.
