Most of your article is well imagined,fortright,informative and cozant. The part about breathing new life into the franchise is ridicu5. They could sow one of these creatures sleeping off a bender and people would go see it once. As for the creature being at the beginning of its' life. They have already established there are different kinds and hunting in many different places. So let's follow the Canon and get some stories out!

I think we're in a golden age of Predator right now. Badlands wasn't as good, to me, as either Prey or Killer of Killers, but was still a banger.
