Do you think the next Sonic game or future Sonic games should get a fresh new hedgehog character?

Sonic was introduced in 1991, Amy and Metal Sonic was introduced in 1993, Shadow was introduced in 2001 and Silver was introduced in 2006.

Maybe the new Sonic games should introduce a fresh new hedgehog character. I want him to be inspired by Gohan, Ryu (Street Fighter) and Static Shock.
