What do you think your favorite superhero brings to Thanksgiving dinner?
I feel like Cassandra Cain Batgirl would be told to bring cookies because everyone else knows she bring something like fried chicken and pasta if not directed. They'd probably be a little burned cause I can't imagine she knows how to cook, but she'd be happy just to see people eat them.

DC Comic Superhero or Villian
That definitely sounds like a fun project! Some of my favorite, lesser known heroes are: - Spectre, Mister Miracle, Deadman, Sideways, Vixen, and Batgirl (Cassandra Cain) For villains, my go-tos are: - Atrocitus, Maxwell Lord, Toyman, Ultra-Humanite, and Onomatopoeia

If you could read any comic again for the first time, what would it be?
I would love to be surprised by Batman: Year One and Superman: Up in the Sky again. Those books are soooooo good.

What's y'all's movie of the year so far?
It can't be anything other than Superman, but I definitely need to see One Battle After Another to see if it can take the number two slot.

What was the very first comic book you ever read and what is the current comic book that your currently reading
I'm pretty sure that my first comic was first issue of Tim Drake's Robin #2 from his first ever volume. My brother found that issue in a random thrift store and bought it for me. I'd always loved Robin, and this was one of the things that started me on the journey to absolutely obsessing over comics. I'm reading way too many series to list right now, but some of my top highlights are DC's Absolute Books (Superman, Wonder Woman and Batman are definitely my tops), Batgirl, Amazing Spider-Man, X-Men, Nightwing, and I'm working through a complete reading of Superman's Golden Age stuff.

A movie plot hole that keeps you up at night… 🤷
My biggest one will always be how a major plotpoint in Zach Snyder's Justice League is that after losing the battle on Earth for the Anti-Life Equation, Darkseid just... forgot where the Earth was. Like, you'd think this would be the ONE planet he remembers

New Comic Book Day Discussion (9/24/25)
Any week with Absolue Wonder Woman is a good week. It was the highlight of the releases for me for sure, although Superman was as great as it has been, especially with the build up it's doing to DC KO. Superman Unlimited has actually kept being fun too, but Mortal Thor is just so darn good that it's fighting with AWW for that top spot really, really hard. I wasn't the biggest fan of its art, but it's starting to grow on me, and you can just feel the storm of pain coming when you get to that final page. A really good week all together!

Marvel's Wolverine - Gameplay Trailer is Here!
Okay this trailer definitely sold me. All a Wolverine game ever needed was the chance to do extreme damage and give us some awesome shots. This trailer does both, and the characters look SO GOOD.

Is Anyone Still Hyped (Keyword: HYPED) for The Batman Part 2???
I'm still as hyped as ever for the sequel, and I bet more people will be too once it gets closer to releasing. I'm really hoping we see either the Court of Owls or someone like Professor Pyg, although a great niche pick could be Gentleman Ghost. But what I desperately want is for them to introduce Robin. Please, please bring in the Boy Wonder and let us see him grow alongside Bruce

What Should Shazam's Name Be?
So I've been thinking about Shazam lately, and how his name is easily the worst part about him. I get that he can't be called Captain Marvel anymore, but Shazam is literally the one word he cannot say when being a superhero, and The Captain isn't exactly the best name either. I've always thought something like Captain Thunder would be good, but what do you all think?

What is the funniest retcon in comics?
There's plenty of retcons that are stupid, terrible, or great, but I feel like we don't talk enough about the ones that are outright funny. My personal winner is the Barry Allen's first appearance calling all the Golden Age heroes comic books characters, which not only had the confusing question of if there were Batman and Superman comics about the REAL Batman and Superman, but was darn near IMMEDIATELY undone in "The Flash of Two Worlds." It's so unintentionally funny to me.
