  1. Hard disagree on the ending of The Umbrella Academy. It's pretty clear to me that Mr. Spencer Perry does not have any children. When you have kids, you end up working really hard to give them a better world than what you had. And you do this work without any thought or hope of thanks or recognition or acknowledgement. That's how I took the ending of TUA. The team saved the world and no one was ever going to thank them or acknowledge them or even know of what it took to make the world a better place. It's almost like, as a parent, you've done your job if your kid thinks the world is great and doesn't know the lengths that you went to make it that way. Maybe one day Spencer will have kids and will have a different perspective on the ending of TUA.

  3. They definitely did NOT cancel the series too soon. The show should have ended after season 2. Then again, I have to admit that I do NOT like TV shows. They take too long. Westworld is a perfect example. Out of the 4 seasons of TV, at lease 2/3ds of the episodes were unnecessary. It literally could have been one season, 10 episodes, and then we're done. TV writing just has too much fluff in it. There is NO reason for so much time spent on the B and C-plot. This is why I hate TV. It's boring and takes too long.
