With great power comes great responsibility… and terrible timing

Andrew Garfield is my favorite Spider-Man because he perfectly captures both Peter Parker’s intelligence and Spider-Man’s humor. I love his charisma, emotional depth, and the chemistry he had with Emma Stone. His performance made the character feel relatable, funny, and genuinely human. Even though he only got two movies, his Spider-Man left a lasting impression on me.

As a longtime fan of Saint Seiya, I honestly never thought I would see this day. After more than 20 years of waiting, speculation, rumors, and disappointment, it finally feels like the Heaven Saga/Tenkai-Hen era is becoming real. Seeing this new visual gave me chills and instant nostalgia. For many of us, the ending of Overture always felt unfinished, like there was still a huge story left to tell with Seiya, Athena, and the gods. No matter how this new project turns out, this is a historic moment for Saint Seiya fans. It’s crazy to think some of us have been waiting since the early 2000s for this continuation. The art already looks amazing, and the classic Saint Seiya vibe is there immediately. I just hope they respect the emotional and mythological tone that made the original series special. Did anyone else lose their mind when they saw this announcement? What are your expectations for the Heaven Saga after all these years?

Definitely Ravenclaw, I feel like the Sorting Hat would pick me for being curious, always wanting to learn new things, and loving books and random trivia.

I love the Batmobile from Batman: The Animated Series, it’s my favorite. Then comes the one from The Dark Knight.

My favorite Super Mario memory has to be playing Super Mario Bros. 3 as a kid. I remember being completely obsessed with the different suits, especially the Tanooki one, and trying over and over again to beat each level. It’s one of those games that never gets old for me.

X-Men: Days of Future Past is my favorite time travel movie. X-Men: Days of Future Past nailed everything for me, the way it connects both generations of the X-Men feels natural and powerful. Seeing Wolverine bridging the old and new timelines was just perfect. The story is intense, the future with the Sentinels is dark and high-stakes, and the action is top tier (Quicksilver scene = legendary). But what really makes it stand out is the emotion and the way it fixes the timeline in a smart way. Honestly, a masterpiece and one of the best superhero movies ever.

My favorite Hulk is the one from the 1990s comics by artist Dale Keown.

Yay!

OMG, this is terrible news for Buffy fans. Sarah Michelle Gellar just posted on her Instagram saying that the new Buffy the Vampire Slayer show is not going to happen anymore. From what I understand, the project, which was supposed to be a continuation called Buffy: New Sunnydale, was being developed for Hulu and even had an Oscar-winning director attached, but apparently the platform decided not to move forward with it. Sarah said she wanted fans to hear the news directly from her first, and you can tell she’s really disappointed too. The show was supposed to feature a new Slayer while Buffy returned in some capacity. Honestly this is heartbreaking. I was really excited to see Buffy back after all these years. Does anyone know more about what happened? Was the pilot bad, or did Hulu just cancel it suddenly?

I’d hop into a poodle, because they’re smart, loyal, and adorable.🐶

Assassin is my day-one pick.

Marvel Super Heroes, assemble! So apparently MARVEL MaXimum Collection is real and it’s packing 13 classic Marvel games from across console and handheld versions We’re talking: • X-Men: The Arcade Game • Maximum Carnage • Captain America and the Avengers • Spider-Man and the X-men • …and more deep cuts But what really shocked me: there’s a Silver Surfer game included that I had literally NEVER seen before And I thought I knew most Marvel retro titles! This collection feels like a love letter to that old-school Marvel gaming era sprites, arcade chaos, 16-bit nostalgia, all preserved in one place. Did anyone here know this was coming? And has anyone actually played that Silver Surfer title before?? Because that one alone has me curious

Spider-Man a classic

Ahhh, Deadpool dancing to “Bye Bye Bye” by NSYNC is cinema lol.

That’s actually really good to hear! I feel the same at first, like it was another fantasy battle manga, but the vibe and the art style really hooked me.

Right? That’s exactly the feeling I get too. If the anime gets a strong studio behind it, it could explode big time The fights animated would be insane.

Haha let me know what you think when you start it! The action and pacing are really fun, and the art goes HARD. Hope you enjoy it as much as I am.

Just got the latest volume of Kagurabachi and I’m about to start reading it! Is anyone else reading this manga? What do you think about it? Is anyone excited for the anime adaptation?
