Sonic since he is faster than the flash and reverse flash in the Sonic X DC comics. Flash is speed personified and sonic is speed perfected lol.

To be honest with everyone Flash and Sonic is equal but IF I have to choose it will be Sonic besides his height his advantage is the rings

Flash is the speed of reality… Sonic is the perfected pulse of velocity. In a straight race they might tie, but if you’re talking physics, Flash isn’t just fast — he is speed itself.

I would say Flash by half a hair. Just looking at their builds, Flash can cover more ground in a stride, and he's less likely to get tripped up than Sonic is. Now when the Chaos Emeralds come into the equation, hoo boy... Still, Barry outrun Black Flash for years, with nothing but Speed Force to sustain him... hmm. What do you think gives more of a metabolic boost, a Big Belly Burger or a chili dog?

I think without a doubt the flash is faster. Now I'm more of an old school sonic fan but my daughter has gotten me into the new stuff. It's in their names tho, sonic is the the speed of sound, he runs at super sonic speeds. The flash is speed of light and really has infinite velocity.
