So, after hearing Kuhlmann leaving Bethesda because he was promised the lead role on The Elder Scrolls Vl and was told that wasn't going to happen years later. This is a big problem for The Elder Scrolls Vl Franchise. Major changes took place after The Elder Scrolls V/Skyrim. A loyal developer for 20 years that was known to be the "loremaster of Skyrim". Skyrim was a very successful game and I believe it's what kept the Bethesda Studio alive. I'm worried about The Elder Scrolls Vl when it releases due to Kuhlmann's statements. So for all The Elder Scroll fans out there, don't get to excited for The Elder Scrolls Vl because it is possible it could let us down if Bethesda doesn't meet the expectations of gamers that loved The Elder Scrolls Skyrim. Things have changed and we lost a great developer who had help make Skyrim a successful game. This long awaited game for 15 years has not been talked about much and seeing the latest game Starfield being a good game but not great, worries me and other gamers for The Elder Scrolls Vl. Bethesda Studios needs to catch up with all other Gaming studios and make some big changes if they want this game to be successful. They need to move away from the Kinematic movement that was used in Skyrim and use Dynamic movement, physics based locomotion to make The Elder Scrolls Vl feel like it's a next gen title. Starfield lacked that realism movement and still felt like Skyrim controls and that's because they used the same Creation Engine Family and the same Capsule-based Physics.

I honestly think the success of Skyrim has Bethesda a bit stuck about making Elder Scrolls 6. No matter what they do, it's probably not going to meet the level of expectation that fans have built up. But I do agree, they need to balance keeping up with modern gaming improvements while staying true to the heart of the Elder Scrolls franchise if it's going to work.

Yeah Bethesda needs to make some big gameplay overhauls with Elder Scrolls 6. This can't just be a more expansive, higher-res version of Skyrim. They need to evolve their core mechanics quite a bit and give themselves a new baseline to build off of for Fallout 5. I have doubts that it'll happen but I guess we'll see.
