DC is already eating their lunch in terms of publication hype and sales numbers, with every little piece of the Absolute Universe making headlines.I don't think they'll do a total reboot at all, it's just not their style, but I also think Chip could be a creative force that they need ala Scott Snyder at DC
February 24Feb 24 CB Team Honestly, I don't think the poor ending of the Krakoa era helped one bit. I wasn't even a massive fan of every element (I remember being quite an outlier at the time in that I objected to the Crucible), but Krakoa was at least fresh and new. Since that abrupt, poorl-handled ending, the X-Men books have felt so much less engaging to me. That's in spite of some phenomenal writers trying to do the best they can of a bad job.
