Does Doctor Who need a reboot?

I don't think so, but then... I've not been fully invested in the show for quite some time because the quality just hasn't been high enough, despite strong casting (Whittaker and Gatwa both innocent and deserved better writing) and the very occasional good story. That's the biggest thing it needs to address for me, and if it can prove it's delivering that consistently, I'll be back in. I don't think a reboot particularly helps one way or another with that since the show always soft-reboots anyway, but if that is what it takes to get the show back to where it used to be, then I'm also fine with it

Honestly, I don't mind reboots; they offer a fresh start for new fans. Especially given how long it has been running, getting into the fandom is much more accessible/approachable.
