I'm really worried about this whole thing. I get that Secret Wars needs to reset everything but even outside of Tobey, there are actual characters in that universe we grow to care about.

MJ and him are together, Ursula Ditkovich is out there with her cake and milk. The stakes need to be big but... just because we all got tired of the multiverse stories doesn't mean we want all the characters we met dead.

They will kill off the wrong characters in Doomsday for fake shock value & instead of shock it will be anger

Will it hurt repeat viewings ?

The questions will be why not kill off the horrible unwanted Disney+ characters or Thunder Bolts or Shang-Chi etc

Yeah. I don't really want to see the Tobey Spider-Man universe just be completely destroyed. You can give the MCU a soft reset without literally killing all of the pre-MCU franchises. I liked that No Way Home confirmed Pete and MJ made it work and my Spider-Man got a happy ending. I'm gonna be really upset if they undo that for shock value. At least I'll always have the Raimi trilogy and my head canon.

Now I'm picturing Mr. Ditkovich getting blown apart in an incursion after asking someone for rent.
