I’m new comics! I’ve read a majority of hickmans X-men, avengers, and fantastic four releases but want to hear from everyone else on series or singular comic that is a MUST read.

Welcome! All great reads, and personally really enjoying the new Fantastic Four run way more than I thought I would.

I couldn't recommend Absolute Wonder Woman more, and the flagship Superman book is simply fantastic.

Also, I will always recommend Something Is Killing the Children and Once & Future for things outside of the big two.

If you’re looking for Marvel stories, I’d start with the new Fantastic Four series, it’s been consistently solid, and One World Under Doom which ties into multiple series but can be read by itself.

Outside Marvel, the new TMNT series has been really good, and The Last Ronin is a must-read if you haven’t checked it out yet. It’s one of those rare stories that hits hard even if you’re not deep into the Ninja Turtles lore.

I’d also highly recommend exploring Geiger, Rook: Exodus, Junkyard Joe and other series by Ghost Machine. They're some of the best stories I've read.

Oh and Skinbreaker! Robert Kirkman is attached to it and it's only on the 2nd issue and it's amazing so far.

I agree, the new Fantastic Four was a great surprise! I normally wouldn't read them, but randomly grabbed the cover with Galactus and it was really good.

Same! Issue #2 came out yesterday and I can't wait to pick it up from the shop. The art is just fantastic. I wish I could draw like that lol

David Finch is unreal sometimes. His Moon Knight run is still stunning to this day

I haven't read any Moon Knight, but I used to play him on Marvel Ultimate Alliance lol. I'll have to check out the comics.

One of my faves! That run is great, but if you want something really great to just jump in with, the first trade of Jed McKay's Moon Knight run is fantastic.
