January 7Jan 7 Honestly, I think Spidey would win. Spawn is basically just Venom from Hell, so I think experience would work in Parker's favor.

January 8Jan 8 As much as I would choose Spider-Man(I'm assuming regular suit), the fight would have to go to Spawn. He has the necroflesh and cape that protects him, not to mention his concentrated healing abilities.Peter, like with Deadpool and Wolvie, gets tired out after so many regenerations...all Spawn needs is just one mistake on Peter's behalf.
January 8Jan 8 Although spawn is much more Menacing-looking, I feel that spidey has the courage and tenacity, speed and strength to persevere no matter what spawn throws at him.
