Actually, hold on...Al Simmons is not a villain, and neither is Spidey. Spawn is an anti-hero. Spidey would probably talk him down from the fight, and therefore, Spidey would basically win by negotiation. That's a win on both ends, but I see Spidey being the starting negotiator over Spawn.

Spider man with difficulty but he is too stubborn to quit and would fight and use everything to win.

Spidey wins mid to high diff

So if you had to give any reason(s), what would that be for Spidey to win this? :)

SPAWN would win easily... He controls all of the dark forces of hell. All Spiderman can do it walk on walls, jump high and has advanced strength.

As much as I love Spidey, I think Spawn would definitely take him out, I mean c'mon, can't beat magic.

Spider-Man. Every time. He'd feel it in the morning and need some Excedrin...but, he doesn't stop.

Spidey. I think even if he doesn’t win the first fight, he’ll figure out a way to win eventually lol

As much as I’d like Spidr-man to come out ahead on this one I think he’s just too outgunned with Spawn. I say Spawn wins

Spawn would definitely win. It wouldn't be an easy battle, but Spawn just outclasses Spider-Man in every way. Even cosmic Spider-Man wouldn't be able to stand up to Angel Spawn.
