December 31, 2025Dec 31 Actually, hold on...Al Simmons is not a villain, and neither is Spidey. Spawn is an anti-hero. Spidey would probably talk him down from the fight, and therefore, Spidey would basically win by negotiation. That's a win on both ends, but I see Spidey being the starting negotiator over Spawn.

December 31, 2025Dec 31 Spawn would definitely win. It wouldn't be an easy battle, but Spawn just outclasses Spider-Man in every way. Even cosmic Spider-Man wouldn't be able to stand up to Angel Spawn.
