In comic book - spidey wins somehow in the end because he is 100% good. Real life spawn has less moral compass and destroys.

Spider-Man, he’s the GOAT! Spawn is great, but I feel Spider-Man’s intellect would give him the upper hand to outwit and out pace Spawn. Spawn will make a mistake and Spidey will get the W.

Although I absolutely love Spider-Man I'd have to say Spawn would most likely win.

Even though Peter is insanely smart and could pull some insane moves with geometry and physics, bringing in his smarts and strength he'd still lose to Spawn. Spawn could outlast him given his skilled training before he'd made the deal, having been an assassin it would help. Him being of supernatural forces would help him immensely with gaining the upper ground, most often these characters have more power to be able to win. His symbiote suit would help him immensely as well with his rapid regeneration and shape shifting, he could teleport, and if he uses his illusions in a tactical way he could most likely trick Peter's Spider Sense and easily get close.

Basically Spawn would win in a fight although it could last some time.

(I could see Spider-Man winning if he had time to come up with an insanely good plan to weaken him but if they were to fight on the spot it would be Spawn. He's beaten crazy OP characters before it wouldn't be that insane, especially given the right writer who could make it happen. But with the basics: Spawn.)

As much as I love Spider-Man I don’t believe he is any match for the Spawn …in this fight I will say Spawn without a problem.

As much as I love Spidey, Spawn would win this one.

Even though most of us love Spider-Man he wouldn't be able to beat Spawn. The only way Spider-Man can win is finding away to befriend Spawn and help hin in what he is there for. An out right fight no talking just straight to it he would loose sadly.

Ok I love Spider-Man he's got his spidey senses he's agile and determined however I feel that spawn would outclass him by quite a bit I know spidey would give it his all but with spawns powers I don't think Spiderman can overpower him without some type of boost (some type of extra enhancement) I think if spawn didn't have his hellish powers maybe spidey would have a fighting chance

Although spiderman holds back, if he doesn't it then it should be a good fight. But spawns unlimited energy and the fact that he can't stay dead puts him as the winner.

I love Spider-Man he's agile he's got his spidey sense he's a very determined strong willed dude he doesn't give up super easy. However spawn is a soldier of hell. With the supernatural shit he's got going on I can't quite see my boy spidey overpowering him.

I love my boy Petey, but Spawn is the undead . I think after a long battle it's going to Spawn.
