I cannot wait for this movie. Iñárritu's return is exciting, but more so is Cruise finally doing something that isn't just him being an action star. As great as he is at that, it'll be awesome to see him taking on a different kind of role, hopefully getting back to the kind of stuff he was doing with Magnolia etc, and putting him back in Oscars contention. Anyone else hyped for this?

This is one of my most anticipated movies of the fall. I love Cruise the action star, but it's great to see him try something different. He's a legit great actor. Some of my favorite Cruise movies are things like Jerry Maguire and A Few Good Men.

Nothing would make me happier than Cruise winning Best Actor. If Digger lives up to its potential, they can play the overdue card and run a hell of a campaign for him.

The comparisons to Dr. Strangelove definitely have piqued my interest...
