I think the gameplay of the original Star Fox 64 didn't age that well, and this remake is apparently keeping the gameplay intact. I feel that's a missed opportunity. I would love a remake à la Resident Evil, where they streamline the gameplay to remove the clunkiness.

Since you mentioned Resident evil, i'd love a real next gen remake of RE 1, with modern controls kind of like what they did with 2-4
