We thought Terminator was about to enter a whole new chapter of dope movies, and that McG was gonna prove us all wrong about him. But... here we are.

Of course, at the time, we had no idea something like Terminator: Genisys could happen...

SIDE NOTE: You could make the case that every 2009 movie had to have a trailer better than the actual movie, due to the writers' strike.

That dropped at the first SDCC I couldn't attend (new baby). I watched that bootleg trailer 100x all night long. I expected CINEMA from SS(2016)

Oh man, Suicide Squad had us so hyped.

@MKdad will disagree but I actually still think this is dope.

The original Alien (1979) trailer is also great.

Independence Day's first teaser was awesome.

Cloverfield Teaser as well (it played ahead of Transformers)
