Yo ComicBook.com fam, Is anyone else losing their absolute minds after the latest rumors for the 2026 Sonic Central? We are officially in the 35th Anniversary year, and it feels like SEGA is finally firing on all cylinders. I’ve been scouring the leaks, and I had to put my "Definitive Wishlist" into words. 1. Sonic Frontiers: Definitive Edition (The "Switch 2" Savior) We all know the original Frontiers was held back by the hardware. My letter to SEGA is simple: Fix the pop-in. If the Switch 2 is as powerful as they say, I want to see those rails from across the map. Also, give us a "Super Sonic Free-Roam" mode after 100% completion. Let us actually fly between the islands…

Dear ComicBook.com Team, With the recent launch of the Hasbro Legends TV channel, it’s been incredible to see the renewed focus on heritage brands. Seeing Prince Dex and the Power Rangers back on a broadcast schedule has reignited a massive conversation in the tokusatsu and retro-gaming communities. However, there is still a massive, gaping hole in our physical media collections. I am writing to urge you to look into—or perhaps champion—the release of Saban’s Masked Rider, VR Troopers, and Big Bad Beetleborgs (including Metallix) on Blu-ray. For years, these shows have lived in the shadow of Power Rangers. While the Rangers have seen multiple complete-series sets, these t…

They said the next Apes movie was in the works in 2024 and it's been radio silence since. Maybe I missed something, but I don't think it was addressed at CinemaCon. I read the plan was a 2027 release, but that seems unlikely now. I love the Andy Serkis trilogy and I thought Kingdom was a nice continuation of that franchise. Hoping to see more soon.

They're the two most anticipated movies of the year for a lot of people (myself included), both have increased hype after some epic-sounding CinemaCon footage, Nolan and Villeneuve are the two event-level filmmakers right now... but which one are you MORE excited for, and which one do you think will be bigger in terms of box office?

Pragmata, the newest game from Capcom, is out tomorrow and is one of the biggest releases of the month. Anyone planning to pick it up? I love what I've seen of it so far and I like that Capcom has decided to lean into some of its older gameplay mechanics/systems that would have been routinely seen in games from the Xbox 360 and PS3 era. Hope we get more games like this in the future.

holy MOLY. Yay for Waylon first off, nay for Bruce shutting everyone out...surely that'll end well, right? I know I shouldn't be putting my expectations on any characters staying alive at this point, but, Gordon telling Bruce that he'll have to get used to being snuck up on and then??? SPAT?!?!? I was SHOCKED. on the bright side (heh) though, we get Duke Thomas (and the other robins) introduced! on the! not so bright side is everything else with Jack Grimm. Anyways, I thought this was a really great issue, art and writing were phenomenal as always. How did everyone else feel about this issue?

DC Multiverse just revealed new pre-orders for Robin (Tim Drake), Martian Manhunter, Miss Martian, and Bloodwynd, and they've also got more Green Lanterns, Larfleeze, Black Canary, and more on the way. They will lose the license at the end of this year when Mattel takes over the collectors line in 2027, so which characters would you like to see them do before their contract is up? They already did a Zatanna and Detective Chimp set (which I am about to own), and we're actually getting a Larfleeze figure too. At this point, I would love to get a 2-pack with C'hp included, or a Jo Mullein individual figure. We've also never had a Batgirl of Burnside figure, so that would be …

Matt Dinniman's Dungeon Crawler Carl has been a hot property for a while now thanks to its best selling 7 novels (with an eighth on the way), but with the live-action series in development, multiple toy lines from Playmates Toys, and the two new games that just obliterated their funding goal from Renegade Game Studios, it seems like it's not just a hot franchise, but the next truly big franchise. What do you think of the series, and will you be jumping in if you haven't yet?

I just spent the day at a retro arcade with all the old games from the 70s Atari days, 80s and 90s cabinets, pinball machines, and even rooms with home systems like NES, SNES, old Playstations, XBox, etc. It really got me thinking about how much fun those games have been over the decades. There’s a lot of nostalgia in playing them the way they were originally meant to be played. Do you still go to places like that, or would you if you had one nearby? What are some of your favorite games to play in that setting?

Disney's shocking layoffs seem to indicate they're going to stop engaging with physical releases. Absolutely gutting. Yes, I know they have a streaming service, but that'll never replace physical imo.

I support a Constitutional amendment barring any person whosoever shall order a steak "well-done," and/or applies ketchup to the aforementioned from ever holding public office. Anyone second my proposed amendment? ;)
