If you want to see our more detailed reviews on Batman/Static: Beyond #1 and Predator Badlands #1, make sure to give a watch or listen to the newest episode of ComicBook Nation. I will say that I loved getting to see Static get some shine, but I felt the book overall won't really connect unless you happen to be a huge fan of JLU.

Also read DIE: Loaded #1 and good Lord, that book had me hooked from the beginning. I love the concept of the original, and while the majority of this book is dealing with all of the fallout from that first series, it's still compelling all the way through. When it does finally hit that big gear switch, it had me hyped for issue 2.

2 books I still need to get to this week are The City Beneath Her Feet #2 and Green Lantern Corps #10, and I couldn't recommend the first volume of GLC more.
