Thoughts on the Xbox Game Pass price drop?

Xbox cut the cost of Game Pass Ultimate from $30 per month to $23. It's not a massive shift, but it's a noticeable one in a landscape where everything continues to go up in price rather than down.

If you're not already subbed to Game Pass, does this price drop do anything for you? And how do you think this sets Xbox up moving forward?

I've got the Essential subscription right now for the handful of PC games I sometimes play, and have been meaning to cancel it. Ultimate isn't really worth it for me, since the Xbox is more my husband's thing. So the price drop isn't going to make a difference on my end, at least for now.

I'm in a similar boat. Xbox is my fiancee's thing, but it's definitely nice to see a subscription price decreasing instead of increasing for once.
