May 12May 12 CB Team So Ahsoka Season 2 has officially been delayed. Staggering; it was supposed to be ready! I hope Lucasfilm has something good to replace it this year. https://comicbook.com/tv-shows/news/ahsoka-season-2-officially-delayed-to-2027-ending-a-7-year-streak-for-star-wars/
May 13May 13 CB Team I'm surprised. It sounded like they were moving along smoothly and it'd be ready for the summer or something.Yet another streaming show with a massive gap between seasons.
May 13May 13 CB Team 3.5 years between seasons of a show is crazy. I do wonder if they're just gonna try to wrap the Thrawn stuff up there and move on, or whether there'll be more. That side of things has lost all momentum, which is wild given how huge a deal Thrawn's return was

I know there were plans to flesh that out in a Mando S4 and Filoni's movie, but so much has changed since then. Who knows if that Filoni movie is still happening.

Filoni is now in charge, so they are waiting for Mando & Grogu box office to make the Thrawn stuff a huge deal across multiple projects.
