Are you excited for Wonder Woman's prequel show?

Thanks to a listing on the WGA website, it seems Paradise Lost has hit a major production milestone, with the writers of Handmaid's Tale (and The 100 and superhero show Alphas) and a Bridgerton writer and executive producer hired. More here on that.

If it lives up to James Gunn's billing as the DCU's answer to Game of Thrones, it'll be good (but too many shows have been presented as the new pretender to Game Of Thrones, and Westeros already has two expansions). I still can't help but wonder what's happening with the Wonder Woman movie that was said to be "being written" back in 2025 though...

I trust what James Gunn's doing with the DCU and I liked The Handmaid's Tale and even more so Bridgerton, and they're interesting writers to hire for this show, but I'd still just be more interested in an actual new Wonder Woman movie

So much has been done with the Amazon lore in the comics, so I'm excited to see if they can capture some of that in a live-action show. That said, it doesn't replace my hopes for an actual Wonder Woman solo movie, so hopefully more details arrive on that soon.
