I'm not quite through the first season yet, but I've been enjoying it so far. I wasn't sure what my kids would think of the black-and-white style and darker setting, but they've ended up liking it a lot more than I expected.

What does everyone think of the show? Has it lived up to your expectations, or do you prefer the comic and Spider-Verse versions of the character? Also, what do you think of Nicolas Cage? Personally, I think he's great at this role and I hope to see much more of it.

I loved it as a vehicle for Nicolas Cage hammy detective action. The spider stuff is just a little bonus

I am desperate to get started on it. I've been interested but have been stuck on a bunch of other shows (For All Mankind and The Boroughs, especially).
