Hot take, Andrew Garfield would’ve been liked more if he had received a third movie. The third movie could’ve fixed the errors of the second movie and it would’ve been awesome to see it happen!

I think No Way Home proved that a lot of people DID like him! I think based on how overstuffed the second one was, the third one would have doubled down on the worst elements.

Agreed. I think Andrew could have gone much further as Spider-Man. He was in a really awkward spot. The Raimi trilogy was loved, and then Tom Holland's Spider-Man arrived with the advantage of being part of the MCU and interacting with all of those other characters.

Andrew's Spider-Man was kind of stuck in the middle. I still think he had one of the best portrayals of Peter Parker and Spider-Man, and a third movie could have really changed how people look back on his run

I think Andrew was always a well-liked Spider-Man and really good in the role. He was just stuck in mediocre to bad movies.
