My favorites one liner isn't from Spider-Man so idk if this counts but I really like this line and scene in The Amazing Spider-Man 2. It's where Aunt May tells Peter, "Every decision you make affects the people you love"

Another one just for funsies would be Gwen's graduation speech in TASM 2. Not exactly a one liner but it was so well done
