  1. I just finished Pluribus and now I’m stuck waiting for the next episode, so I started rewatching From. It’s one of those shows that’s even better the second time around. I see now that I missed a lot during my first watch.
  2. Looking for something new to watch and figured I’d ask here. What’s the last thing you watched that you’d actually recommend? Could be a movie, show, anything.
  3. I need to catch up on Juggernaut, he was always my favorite villain growing up but now I'm hearing he's a good guy? That sounds pretty cool!
  4. I'm mainly digital with everything these days, but my teenager is adamant on physical media. He has a point since digital can be taken or removed, so I don't mind him stockpiling games for each console. His room is a gaming museum 😂
  5. I think I’d go with something historical, like fossils or artifacts tied to different places. It would be cool to build a collection with pieces from different states or regions and actually learn the story behind each one instead of just collecting for the sake of it. We travel to different states a lot and it would be cool to have something tangible that represents where we’ve been.
  6. I love the idea of screen-worn costumes and props! I always wished I could have gotten a small item from each movie I worked on, but they wouldn't let us take anything, even when the movie was wrapped. I always watch the auctions online, but most of them get expensive fast!
  7. I would probably miss it when the kids make me get more popcorn 😂
  8. It's probably 21 seconds of new footage 😅
  9. I'll check out that Lord of the Rings game, my kids finally got into the movies and are always asking about it.
  10. I'll admit, I haven't read any of these, but I'll look it up!
  11. I'll just wait for the new scenes to be released. I'm sure they're cool, but I don't think I could justify paying to watch it in theatres again, unless the kids want to go.
  12. I think it will be in front of Mandolorian and Grogu, but nothing would surprise me at this point.
  13. I forgot one! Let's add Psyloche to my original list: Cyclops, Wolverine, Gambit, Rogue, Colossus, Storm, and Phoenix.
  14. Before the week resets, I’m curious what everyone checked out over the last few days. Could be a movie, TV show, comic, or game, anything that stood out and you’d actually recommend. Looking for a few new things to add to my list to check out.
  15. The Baxter Building does have some nice perks!
  16. Good choice! Plus you would learn some great martial arts!
  17. I actually haven't been in the shop to pick it up yet, but will read it first when I get my stack : ) I read the first issue of Lost Fantasy and it was really good! I need to catch up with that series.
  18. I didn't go too crazy this month like I did last month, but still got these: Nectar #1 2nd Print, Fireborn #1, Shredder #7, and I think a few more may trickle in. DC and Image were a little behind this week at my lcs.
  19. In my younger days, I would’ve said X-Men 100%, but now I’m not so sure I could handle the constant drama and bickering. I’m going with the Fantastic Four. The Baxter Building has the best lab equipment in the world, and even though Reed can be a bit of a space cadet, Sue keeps everything grounded. Plus, Ben Grimm seems like the best guy to grab a beer with after a long day of saving the multiverse.
  20. We spend all day debating who wins in a fight, but let’s talk about the 24/7 reality: who could you actually stand to live with? Joining a team isn’t just about the cool uniforms and powers. It’s the communal kitchen, the ego clashes, and the 3 AM emergency alarms. Sure, the X-Men have the cool school, but do you really want to be there when Scott and Logan start their weekly drama? The Avengers have the high-tech tower, but you just know Tony Stark is leaving half-finished tech projects all over the place, and Cap probably has a 5 AM workout schedule while expecting you to watch your language at all times. If you had to sign a contract and move into HQ tomorrow, which team are you joining? Are you heading to the Baxter Building for the family vibes, joining the X-Men, moving into Avengers Tower, hitting the streets with the Defenders, or going somewhere else entirely? Choose wisely… you’re stuck with these people.
  21. I once watched Arsenic and Old Lace to prepare for a theatre role as Cary Grant's character, Mortimer Brewster and I loved the movie! It made me a huge fan of how simple the old black and white movies were. They didn't need special effects to be good.
  22. I've been meaning to watch Daredevil and Punisher for a while. I haven't seen either of them. Not sure I could handle The Boys 😂
  23. I'm watching a series called Sneaky Pete. We generally watch horror, paranormal, and creepy series, but this one is a nice change from the routine. We're also watching Lord of the Rings Extended Editions, but only like 1 hour at a time because the kids can only sit still for limited amounts of time.
  24. Tough one! I'd have to go with Cyclops, Wolverine, Gambit, Rogue, Colossus, Storm, and Phoenix.
