Thought on Potential DLC and Voice Acting for Pokémon Legends: Z-A

Featured Replies

To ComicBook.com,

I'm incredibly excited about Pokémon Legends: Z-A and the possibilities it opens up for the franchise!

Given the success of the first Legends game and the current trend toward more immersive experiences, I wanted to respectfully ask: Could there be plans for story DLC for Pokémon Legends: Z-A, and if so, will the series continue its recent trend of incorporating enhanced voice acting for key narrative moments in that content?

Thank you for your hard work and for keeping us updated on the latest Pokémon news.

Sincerely,

And it could be Studiopolis.

I think the Mega Dimension DLC has some new story content headed our way in February 2026, but it's not clear just how much it'll be quite yet. The ending to Legends: Z-A definitely leaves some things open for more story, so I sure hope they keep up the momentum.

Voice acting was a notable absence for the ending of the main story, for sure. I'd love to see them bring it in for the DLC, but I won't be holding my breath. Hopefully we'll get it in Gen 10!

I believe Pokemon needs full voice acting throughout each and every game. This franchise is literally the biggest entertainment franchise in the world, and their games have abysmal budgets. They can afford a couple million more per game to get voice actors in there and maybe punch up the visuals.

Hopefully they will get voice acting by Studiopolis.
