Spidey is my favorite character in comics , Hulk and the Spawn. Spawn would destroy Spider-Man even on Spawn's worst day in hell. The irony is Spawns head mask spawns from Spider-Man's design, once removed from Venom . Gotta love the Todd Father !

Because of his supernatural powers, I choose Spawn.

Spawn would win simply for the fact he has more "powers" than Spider-man. Though it would be an epic battle Spawn would come out victorious!

Depends on the Spider-Man I think. Ben Reilly? I think takes spawn. OG Peter? Too goofy to really handle business!

I have to go with Spawn. He is on a whole other level and will bring more to the fight that Spider-man has not dealt with. It won't be a quick and easy win, but Spawn would be victorious.

Spawn!!! Hands down, and don't get me wrong I love Spiderman. However, Spawn's powers come from Hell itself and he can control them with shear will and imagination.

Spider-Man. He's got too much determination and heart to lose.
