Dave Bautista has officially been cast as Kratos in the upcoming God of War series after Ryan Hurst had to step away from the role following an injury on set. I feel bad for Hurst because that's a rough way to lose a role, but I can definitely see Bautista as Kratos. He's got the look, and I think he can pull off the quieter, more serious side of the character too. What do you think? Is Bautista a good choice for Kratos, or would you have rather seen someone else?

One of the crazier Avengers: Doomsday rumors I've seen is that the opening could have Tobey Maguire's Spider-Man and possibly some of his villains fighting the X-Men. I have no idea if any of this is actually true, but it would be really cool to see. Tobey's Spider-Man sharing the screen with the X-Men, especially clashing with them, is something I never thought we'd get. I almost don't even want to think about which of our favorite characters might not survive the next few movies. I'm also really curious why they would be fighting in the first place. Maybe an incursion? What do you think? Would you want to see this happen?

I buy much more physical media now than I ever have. Lately, I've been buying comics, trade paperbacks, novels, movies, and games and basically stockpiling them. I literally never pass up a bookstore. I think seeing so much move toward digital has made me appreciate actually owning a physical copy more. Has anyone else found themselves buying more physical media lately, or are you moving more toward digital?

I saw Doomsday is way ahead of Brand New Day in ticket pre-sales. Should Dune 3 move up to that December 11 window to give it a bit of a buffer or are we past the point of no return there? I think both movies will be just fine in that weekend, but it's a thought that popped in my head.

D23 was stacked with announcements, but obviously the X-Men castings were one of the big moments of the night. The cast looks great so far, and gotta say I don't have an issue with any of them so far. Curious if we get Iceman, Angel, Beast, and Gambit soon to round out the team, but it's a stellar start. What do you think of the cast? Hello, everyone at Comicbook.com! I have a wishlist about the next generation console for Sega. Physical Switch 2-style Cartridges for new games. PlayStation 4/5-style media gallery, but cannot delete, erase and rename images, music and videos via USB. New Sega games. New Sonic Adventure-style game. One thing that really stands out in the new Wolverine game is his height. It's pretty obvious how short he is whenever he's standing next to other characters, which is much closer to how Wolverine is portrayed in the comics. I actually like that they went this route. It makes him feel a little different from the versions we've gotten in live action. What does everyone think? Do you like the comic-accurate height?
