With The Odyssey coming out soon, I've been thinking a lot about where the film could stack up in Nolan's overall filmography which in turn got me to thinking about which of his movies is his best. I personally lean towards The Prestige, but I'm curious as to what everyone else thinks.

Matt Reeves just dropped a pair of images of the film test for The Batman Part 2 and it shows what seems to be the Batmobile driving in the snow. I don't know about you but the snow of it all is certainly giving me big Mr. Freeze vibes. Could he be the villain in this movie or do you think something else is at play?

The new trailer for The Boroughs has arrived and fans have already been calling this one "Stranger Things for old people" but the reveal that there are also monsters has some wondering about its canon status. My assumption is that a proper spinoff of Stranger Things would not be kept secret at all by anyone involved, so is anyone buying this?

Revealing his identity was a bold move, given he ends up in prison, but it fits with the struggle he's had with choosing the "right" moral response this season. Bullseye's bloodier approach is there as a counterpoint, but Matt was always going to do the right thing, even if it meant bringing his own whole world crashing down and putting himself in more danger. Great finale - great Kingpin corridor fight. Is Bullseye going to be a New Avenger? Or the MCU's only true Thunderbolt? I was surprised to see the next Planet of the Apes movie is apparently a reboot that isn't going to continue the story from Kingdom. What is that? I could understand if Kingdom did poorly, but I think it was pretty well received and it has a major cliffhanger. I'm hoping something got crossed up in the reporting and this gets cleared up.

Joe Russo just confirmed that in the MCU, Peter was not responsible for Uncle Ben's death. That's a huge change to the character's origin story. How do you feel about it? I always figured Ben died like he always has and we just didn't see it because it's not necessary. It's kinda strange.

Is anyone else excited for the upcoming Pokémon Fossil exhibit at the Field Museum, opening May 21 (https://www.fieldmuseum.org/exhibition/pokemon)? I'm personally both a lifelong gamer and have a background in paleontology, particularly in managing museum collections, so this one has it all! I have my tickets for the day 1 members' preview, and I'll post some pictures of the exhibit in a couple of weeks

So we have Resident Evil and Street Fighter movies coming up, and they’ve been very clear that the new Resident Evil is trying to tell its own story in the world. So what is it that you hope for in video game adaptations? Reimaginings, as close to 1:1 adaptations as possible, side stories that fit within the games stories, or something else?
