I was thinking about the old Wolverine game today and how impressive the healing factor mechanics were for the time. Watching Logan take damage and then heal in real time never got old. It's been a long time since we've had a major Wolverine game, and I'm curious to see what they do with the character on modern hardware. Is anyone here planning to pick it up when it releases? And if you played the older Wolverine game, what do you hope they bring back?

I was surprised to hear that The Boroughs was canceled after just one season. I'm only a few episodes into it, but I've been enjoying it so far and was looking forward to seeing where the story went. It feels like a lot of shows don't get much time to find an audience these days. For those of you who watched it, do you think Netflix made the right call, or did The Boroughs deserve another season?

Widow's Bay is hands down my favorite new show this year, it's hilarious and tense and manages to find the perfect balance between the two, but after that Season 1 finale...what's next?! I do love that each episode kind of tackled a different horror trope in a way, and given the distinct comparisons to The Cabin in the Woods, I hope there's an episode about a haunted cabin in Season 2

I don’t know how much of a hot take this is to be honest, but I think Spider-Man: Homecoming is better than The Amazing Spider-Man because of how well it captures Peter’s high school life and how grounded it keeps him while coming into his own. It truly separates him from Iron Man, and does a lot more character work for Peter than TASM does, especially given TASM’s darker, grittier tones. Still love and think both movies are great, though.

With the announcement of a new Resident Evil movie being directed by Zach Cregger, I wanted to go back and visit the older movies that people do not necessarily enjoy as fans of the games. Personally, I think the trilogy of films directed by Paul W.S. Anderson try to just use names of things from the games to try and relate back to them in some sense, despite not being canon to the games.
