  1. I haven't been to one in a while, but I agree with you, I prefer comics over anime and would rather see comic panels. The ones I enjoyed the most were small, but had a theme like Star Wars and everyone dressed up.
  2. Bloons TD6 😂my kids got me addicted to it. We have a Playstation 5, VR, and other systems, I just haven't had much time to slow down and play anything lately.
  3. Unfortunately, that seems to happen to a lot of series.
  4. Don't feel bad, I haven't seen it either lol I guess I was just too busy when it came out.
  5. They would probably be fun to watch one after the other just to see the differences. I'm probably more excited to see Street Fighter even though I know it's going to be crazy over-the-top. But I think that's what Street Fighter needs to be at this point.
  6. I'm thinking we're going to see him during the Super Bowl. That would be a huge crowd and a good way to drop their biggest one.
  7. I haven't seen that one. Is this something that can be watched without knowing anything ahead of time, like books or other media?
  8. Somehow I've never seen the 100. I just looked it up and it's not at all what I thought it was. I was thinking of another series. Is it pretty good?
  9. I haven't seen 28 Years Later and haven't planned on it, but can you watch The Bone Temple without seeing the first one? Or would I be completely lost.
  10. Primate looks interesting! I saw the previews while watching Five Nights at Freddy's and it seems like it has potential.
  11. Agreed! He has the tools to win.
  12. Every comic universe handles magic a little differently. Some characters treat it like a discipline, others like chaos, and some blur the line between science, faith, and pure mysticism. Across any comic universe, who’s your favorite magic user and what makes them stand out to you? Could be their personality, power set, stories, or just how they’re written.
  13. I know you said superhero, but I’m going with a villain. Doctor Doom brings his own metal mug, orders a very precise espresso, doesn’t wait in line, and insists the manager make it, even if they’re on break. He also silently judges the coffee shop for not meeting Latveria’s standards.
  14. I'll definitely check this out! It's cool that they will have D&D-inspired locations and NPCs. I haven't played Fortnight in years, but this may get me back online. Great article btw.
  15. I'll definitely watch it either way. Same with Street Fighter. I know these movies may not appeal to the general public, but will probably be decent for those of us who grew up playing these games.
  16. I would be happy if it's watchable to those of us who played it growing up. I'm sure the general public won't like it either way, but it should be ok as long as they get it right for long-time fans.
  17. I haven't watched the first one since it came out, but I bet it didn't age well lol
  18. I didn't know the original team is involved. That gives me some hope that this will at least be good in some aspects.
  19. I feel the same. the original movies are perfect and will be watchable 100 years from now. However, it's hard to get excited about new stories at this point.
  20. I agree, I think Frodo has done his job already and shouldn't be brought into new material. I love the character, but we risk them diluting his story.
  21. Cool! I'll check this one out.
  22. Are you hoping to squeeze in any comics, shows, or games today, or is it looking like one of those “we’ll see how the day goes” kind of days?
  23. Welcome to the forum! There are so many fun threads to participate in.
