The Legend of Aang Leak Controversy

What do you think about the leaking of The Legend of Aang: The Last Airbender? Do you think it will damage the movie's chances of being a success?

I'm personally avoiding the leaks, but from what has come across my screen, it's been a mostly positive response. I think any leak has the potential to damage success, but I also think this movie has a big enough draw that people will still want to watch it when it does officially release.

It's going to hurt it a bit as you're going to have a ton of people spoiling it for those who want to watch it officially. There are all sorts of plot details and full videos on social media, and that's going to take the wind out of the sails for that official release. Less people are going to be around sharing their favorite clips claiming they saw the movie months before.

I have seen surprisingly few spoilers for the actual plot, just thirst posts about the adult Gaang mostly. So while I do have to imagine some people will watch the leak and therefore not tune in for the "real" release, I'm optimistic that fans will still show up when it comes out. I know I'm waiting for the actual release.
