I think it could really work as long as it actually tries to keep up the idea of lampooning Bond. The Craig movies famously had to get more serious because of AP, so I think it would be really funny if the series used that as fodder for more jokes.

I assume they won't, though, and will just play the hits. That said, I'd still watch

Yeah, how it would parody Bond when that changed so much because of this is a big question I have. Agree with you on all counts, including that I'd still watch it

I feel like if they make something now it will just be somehow poorly executed and unfunny. Those movies were a very specific moment in time that we don't live in anymore.

Or maybe my frontal lobe has just developed.
