Good choice! I hadn't thought of the Vision, my brain always goes to Spider-Man when thinking about origin stories : ) I haven't read much manga, but that sounds interesting

That must be the old Silver Surfer for the NES. I never played it and never met anyone who played it back then, but will definitely check it out. I love how this has all of the Spider-Man/Venom games too. I'll probably get this for the Switch.

I saw something about this today! I'm excited for it!

Just watched the new trailer for Mortal Kombat II and I’m curious what everyone thinks. It looks like they’re leaning more into the classic vibe this time around, and I like that Johnny Cage is going to be a bigger focus. Do you think this one looks better than the first movie? I'm actually excited to see this one! If anyone hasn’t seen it yet: New Mortal Kombat II Footage Shows More Fatalities - Watch The Trailer - ComicBook.com

I've always wondered how many comics the entire story spans for Civil War. I know there are a ton of crossover events and tie-in stories throughout the series.

Cool I'll check that one out!

Now that sounds like a cool tattoo!

I think it would be great if they could move on from Wolverine and let others share the spotlight. So many stories to tell.

Looking forward to Rogue for sure. I'm assuming they will have a new actress play her, but I'm not sure. I think there's a lot they can do with the character. Cyclops is another great character, but I'm not sure if they will keep him around or if he's mainly just there for Doomsday.

We watch Netflix a lot. Pretty good for series.

Original Terminator poster is pretty cool too:

Alien is another great one:

I'm going with E.T. but there are so many great posters from that era.

I can see now that I need to read more Vertigo titles!

This looks awesome I've never heard of this! I'll have to check it out!

I’m talking about the big crossover storylines that stretch across multiple titles and really feel like major events. Two examples that come to mind are The Infinity Gauntlet and the bigger Spider-Man vs. Carnage storylines that spilled into multiple books. What’s your favorite comic saga that went big like that, and what made it stand out for you?

I agree! His origin story will always be one of the best out there. Always been my favorite.

We’re testing out a new TV this weekend and went with Jurassic World since it felt like a good way to see what it can do on a big screen. Made me curious what everyone else is watching. Are you revisiting an old favorite or starting something new?

Oh yes! Totally forgot about Thanos and Lady Death.

Some origins are simple, some are tragic, and some completely redefine a character. Which comic character do you think has the best origin story and why?

I did get the trade paperback for Assorted Crisis Events. I've heard good things about it and figured I would give it a try.

It was really good! I'm about 3 issues behind but it's been on my pull list since day 1.

Dude.. The SNAP would be awesome! It would have to be really hard to pull off, but devastating!
