This was a really good new comic book day! I picked up Geiger #20, Dungeons of Doom #1, Uncanny X-Men #22 with the cool Rogue/Gambit card cover, TMNT #14 Eastman cover, and MegaMan X #0. Such a great lineup!

The good thing about LEGO sets is you can put them together a few times and then you can leave it up as a display once the kids stop playing with them. They're great for making memories!

Yep! Doctor Strange and Moon Knight would be a fun duo to see.

I hope they keep going! Imagine the movies they can make with all of the teams introduced. I know they will have to eventually replace people, but there are so many more stories to be told.

It’s New Comic Book Day! Curious what everyone grabbed this week. New issues, variants, indies, trades, or even something older you finally picked up. Anything you’re excited to read or surprised you ended up buying?

I vaguely remember Batman vs. Captain America in a crossover comic when I was a kid and it seemed to be a pretty good matchup. Their skills match up better than Spider-Man.

I really liked the first seasons, but got left behind lol I may try it again one day and watch it all the way through.

With Avengers: Doomsday shaping up to bring a lot of characters together, I’m curious what interactions people are most excited to see. Are there any characters you really want to see share scenes, clash, or team up in ways we haven’t seen before? Could be heroes, villains, or unexpected combinations.

LEGOs are getting pricey. I'm glad my kids are ok with the older sets for now.

I may get in on the DC KO this issue. I also want to get the one with Wonder Woman vs. Red Sonja called Boss Battle. I haven't read any of them, but they sound great!

I do the same. I've read books and comics that started off rough, but eventually grew into something great after a few issues and others that I thought were going to amazing and just weren't worth the time.

Same! I'm a bit of a completionist and will try to push through even if I start to lose interest, but sometimes I just accidentally abandon it.

That's a great series and we used to quote it all the time! I miss the feeling I had when I watched the first few seasons, it was really special.
