I'm still trying to process the Rob Reiner news. That was deeply upsetting to read. I've been thinking a lot about his films the past couple of days and that incredible run he went on (that Kofi wrote about). He's one of my favorite directors.

Let's celebrate the great work he did. What is your favorite Rob Reiner movie? I love so many, but mine would have to be When Harry Met Sally, which is honestly one of my favorite movies of all time in general. I just love the script and the chemistry between Billy Crystal and Meg Ryan. I can watch the opening sequence (the drive from Chicago to New York) on a loop.

I know he didn't direct it, but also wanted to give a special shout out to Reiner's performance in The Wolf of Wall Street. He was hysterical in that.

This is such a difficult one, because they're all just so good. But I'd probably say it's a tie between Misery and Stand By Me. Both are just really good adaptations and really solid film.

The Princess Bride ... watched on a whim as a young lad and came away thoroughly impressed

Almost any of the movies he made in that run from This Is Spinal Tap to A Few Good Men could be named here. The Princess Bride, Misery, Stand By Me... all incredible, but I've got to agree with When Harry Met Sally, which is a truly perfect romcom.

The Princess Bride is my favorite by a country mile, but I also want to shout out his stint on New Girl because he's genuinely fantastic as Jess' dad.

A Few Good Men will always rank highly on my favorite films list, and one of my favorite romantic comedies of all time is The American President.

Stand By Me for sure. It’s one of those movies that never gets old perfect mix of heart, nostalgia, great storytelling, and unforgettable performances. Rob Reiner really nailed that coming of age vibe, and the emotional impact still hits every time you watch it.
