April 12Apr 12 CB Team If we are talking all-time, that's pretty difficult, but I will say right at the top is Age of Apocalypse and Parallax View (parts 1 & 2).
April 12Apr 12 CB Team The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen! Just forget that there's a movie with the same name, the comics are genuinely outstanding with amazing world building.

April 13Apr 13 If we are talking all time I feel like the Silver Surfer run that started with Starlin and Lim and then when starlin went to infinity gauntlet it was Ron Marz and Ron Lim - was just an epic run of quality and art for years on a comic.

April 14Apr 14 Please forgive my ignorance regarding this forum. I never join in as I feel like some sort of dinosaur as I am 70 years old and started collecting comics in 1965. I agree with the Silver Surfer vote and feel that the FF # 48,49 & 50 along with the 18 issue series were great. These days I really enjoy the JSA series with super heroes in the 1940’s. I used to have many of the original All Star comics. Made a lot of money on them too. The nostalgia of the JSA is appealing to me.The Marvel \ DC crossovers are well written and illustrated.

Have you read any of the recent JSA stuff, and what do you think about them?

April 14Apr 14 CB Team I have to go with TMNT: Raphael and X-Men 266! I've had Raphael since I was a kid and it brings back great memories. I like X-Men 266 because of Gambit.

April 18Apr 18 Hard to say I do love them all but if I have to pick it’s Spider-Man - he was my first Comic when I was a kid and still love it today !
April 18Apr 18 I have a question about the way comics are made these days. When I first started collecting, the comics were 12 cents and had a lot of ads. From what I can see, the only ads are company related like from Warner Brothers. Anyone know when and why this happened? Not complaining, just asking. At $5.00 apiece I can’t collect like I used to.
