Would you rather The Mandalorian Season 4 was happening instead of a movie?

Although I'm looking forward to it, there's a lot of skepticism and negativity around the movie, with it not looking like enough of an event and just being more of the TV show. Would you prefer this was simply a Disney+ continuation instead of a film?

I do not think we needed a Mandalorian movie in theaters, and if it’s not great (which from the marketing so far, doesn’t look promising 🥴) it’s just going to be more damaging to the already bruised Star Wars brand

I don't so much mind the format, but I'm concerned about the overall health of the Star Was franchise. Personally, I haven't really disliked anything that's come out in recent years, but it is definitely feeling more and more daily that they're stretching things too far and we're not getting properly developed stories -- and when we do get them they kill them (aka The Acolyte).

It's not a movie that I will feel compelled to spend theater money on and I feel like a lot of people are going to feel that way; for me that's the bigger issue.

I'm looking forward to the movie, but part of me wonders if it would have been better to keep Mando as the Disney+ franchise and use Starfighter as the big relaunch of the Star Wars film franchise.
