July 16Jul 16 CB Team What did you think???I loved it as a classic cinematic epic and a real "journey." I'm still processing the ultimate "point that emerges, but it was deep, especially if you know history. Obvs, I have to see it again, but dammit if don't want a Nolan horror film, after this.
July 17Jul 17 CB Team I loved it. Can't wait to watch it again. It was as epic as I'd hoped it'd be. Wouldn't be surprised if this was my favorite movie of the year.I can 100% see why Tom Holland went back to Marvel like "We have to make movies this way now" lol
July 22Jul 22 I think any movie has the potential to be good if you add enough razzle dazzle. One thing I don't like is the destruction of characters as portrayed in the original. If you have to re-tell a story, is it necessary to completely redesign the characters as far from original as possible just to try and appear as unique or new? Imagine a movie about a boxer, best boxer ever, a white guy named Jarod Ali, and his most famous catch phrase was Jarod Ali, float like a feather, swim like a fish in the sea....that would be so epic! Right? No it wouldn't. And that's what this movie did.
July 29Jul 29 CB Team I loved John Leguizamo so much in this that by the end of the 3 hours I totally forgot he starts out throwing puppies off a cliff
