I buy much more physical media now than I ever have. Lately, I've been buying comics, trade paperbacks, novels, movies, and games and basically stockpiling them. I literally never pass up a bookstore. I think seeing so much move toward digital has made me appreciate actually owning a physical copy more.

Has anyone else found themselves buying more physical media lately, or are you moving more toward digital?

But more physical media.

I've always gotten physical media for movies. My Blu-ray collection keeps growing and growing each year. But for music and games, it's all digital. I barely have enough space for all my movies lol. I can't imagine what it'd look like if I had all my games on physical too.

I have a deep appreciation for physical media, but I live in a very small house. So I've gone largely digital for movies and games and have been for years. I still adore physical books, but I do read a lot of eBooks these days. My physical books are a curated collection of my favorites, rather than just every book I've read like it was when I was younger.

I only have a small footprint in terms of physical comics these days, and an even smaller group of Blu-rays and DVDs. That said, our aux input in the car isn't working so I've been buying a lot of CDs!

That said, overall I'm mostly digital for video games, comics, movies, and TV, but I'm also a huge tabletop and toys fan, so I legit have so much physical media around the house in that way. That's also why I try and go digital when I can, just due to space.

I could see keeping music and most games digital. My son has started collecting old vinyls and I think that's really cool.

Yep space can definitely be a factor! I have so many books, comics, and graphic novels all over the place 😂

I got back into physical books recently and they definitely take up a lot of space. I buy physical books for those that I would like to read again one day and digital for books that I just randomly read on a whim.
